Visit the colorful hot springs and other thermal features at one of the many geyser basins including Fountain Paint Pots, Black Sand Geyser Basin, and Wet Thumb Geyser Basin. Watch for bison, elk, bears, wolves and numerous other animals in Hayden Valley and other wildlife hotspots. Our private tours are led by qualified, experienced, knowledgeable, and local guides. We can fully customize your tours to meet your desires and expectations. Our smaller sized tours allow us to beat the crowds by going to off the beaten path and utilizing entryways that only experienced guides know about so your group can view more wildlife and see more erupting geysers. A gourmet picnic style lunch from a local deli is provided along with sparkling waters, soda, and drinks.NOTE* DUE TO WINTER WEATHER and changing road conditions in APRIL, MAY, OR SEPT, OCT we may need to adjust the trips itinerary to safely visit YNP and to not violate any law or road closures set forth by the National Park Service
This is a tour that few companies offer. We will go deep into Yellowstone National Park during the best time of the day to view and encounter rare wildlife. This tour is all about wildlife; no board walks. Your guide will pick you up at your hotel at 2pm. We will head toward areas where animals are known to congregate in especially grizzly bears and wolves. While we are making our way through the park we will be discussing current challenges facing the parks animal populations, history, ecology, volcano, etc. We will also stop for a hike or two along to way to put us in better position to view wildlife away from the crowds. Mid way through the tour we will stop for a BBQ at a scenic area (vegetarian options available upon request). After dinner will continue to explore the park to seeking out animal sightings. Depending on the location of your hotel we will get you home around 9 or 10pm.
Montana is often referred to as fly fishing mecca and we are located in the middle of some of the most legendary trout water on the planet! We are lucky to call the Madison, Big Hole, Beaverhead, Jefferson and Ruby Rivers our home waters and with over 20 years experience guiding these amazing fisheries, you'll experience what the authors and myriad outdoor writers and anglers have written or spoke about.
Our enthusiastic tour guides are members of Erik’s Ranch, which provides young adults on the autism spectrum with first-of-its-kind living, working, and social environments. They will lead you on this two-mile trek to Pine Creek Falls. Thankfully, Erik’s Waterfall Hike is something nearly anyone can do. There’s not too much elevation change, there are no large hills or obstacles, and most of the trail is amongst beautiful wooded scenery perfect for those hot days that usually make hiking unbearable. Along the way, your ears will be treated to birdsong and trickling water in a nearby creek. Our members enjoy pointing out the best scenery to capture with a camera, should you bring one along. You’ll also catch glimpses of surrounding mountains through the trees. Once you reach the falls, the mist coming off the water will cool you off! Our member can capture your moment of triumph with their own DSLR camera. PLEASE CALL DIRECTLY TO BOOK.
