The Roadhouse Diner on 15th street is a Great Falls landmark, and most people in town know where it is, simply by saying “the log cabin restaurant”. Tara and Jason Beam opened the Roadhouse Diner in 2015 and operate the restaurant every day.
At the Roadhouse, we don’t just love food – we love serving quality food, and we take pride in how we make it. We shop locally every week with vendors that offer the best ingredients for our recipes and we believe in making the effort to put together something truly unique that can’t be found anywhere else.
Our customers can taste the difference – that’s why we make many things in-house, prep fresh food every day, and never buy anything frozen. We’re not a fast food joint, not a mass production operation, but a place that feels friendly and warm – and where you can enjoy the food.
Giving our customers the best burger experience they could get – from first bite to last – is always our mission. That’s why we cut and grind our beef in-house several times a day and serve it up fresh, never frozen. The best part? Your beef comes from the same animal. Not bits and pieces mushed together – we grind from one cut of beef at a time – we never mix or add to our meat. We top it all off with quality products and bread baked every day right here in Great Falls exclusively from Great Harvest Bread Co. Our hand-cut fries and other items like black bean burgers, soups (seasonal) and sauces are also house-made. We believe good food combines fresh ingredients with quality – giving you the mouth-watering, button-popping Roadhouse Diner experience.
The upgraded Grill & Pub menu includes fantastic new options that simultaneously compliment and challenge your old favorites. You now have the difficult (and thoroughly enjoyable) task of choosing between not just our gourmet pizzas but other intriguing items like unique flatbreads, juicy burgers, fish tacos, Kentucky bourbon bites, specialty cocktails and much more. FRESH is our focus! Majority of our menu items, both healthy and indulgent, are made from scratch using the freshest of ingredients. We’ve even redesigned our entire kitchen layout by adding new equipment to accommodate this considerable transformation. Beyond the kitchen, the casual, Montana atmosphere of the restaurant is filled with refurbished and hand-crafted wine barrel and beetle kill lumber furnishings, antique outdoor sportsman finishes, picturesque panoramas from renowned photographer Craig Hergert, and historic photographs that depict the very heart and soul of the Rocky Mountains and the communities we are privileged to serve. We are also striving to make an even lesser footprint on the planet and promote a sustainable operation. Our entire team is energized to see what the future holds. We keenly invite you to come visit us and be a part of an exciting era for our brand.

Of all the nightspots on the planet, the good folks at GQ Magazine (April 2003) selected the Sip ‘n Dip Lounge as the #1 bar on earth worth flying for!
The most unique feature of this lounge is the glass wall between the bar and the swimming pool. Watch swimmers under water while you sip your beverage. You never know who might turn up! Even the original mermaid herself — Darryl Hannah’s been seen in there!
