Thank you for choosing Best Western River North. To assist with COVID-19 concerns, we would like to provide you with an Express Check-In and limit interaction to keep both our Guests and Staff Safe and Healthy.
By completing this Pre-registration form you will reduce the amount of contacted needed at the hotel front desk. You will still need to show valid ID and present your credit/debit card at the front desk upon arrival.

Booking Direct Matters

What you may not know is that where you book your reservation matters. By booking directly on rivernorthhotel.com, bestwestern.com or by calling the hotel on the phone, all proceeds go directly to the hotel. Believe it or not, third part online travel sites (Expedia, Booking.com and more) take a hefty percentage from each reservation (even on repeat customers).
When you book direct those savings can used on things to make your experience even better – like upgrading amenities and stellar service. And booking direct gives us better control over the reservation insuring you receive an email confirmation, adjust as needed and collect your rewards points.

COVID 19 Precautions and Policy Changes - Our Commitment to Keeping you Safe and Healthy
Based upon guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Health Canada, the We Care Clean program addresses everything from guest room and common area cleanliness, to streamlined processes that minimize contact between guests and associates while maintaining the customer service you expect .
Please note, do to Illinois law, Face Coverings are required in ALL public spaces including, lobby, hallways, elevators, restaurant and pool (when not in water)

Pool, Fitness Room & Rooftop Terrace
To comply with state requirements, we are mandated to limited the occupancy at our indoor pool, fitness room and rooftop terrace area.
A maximum of 18 guests are allowed in the this area at anytime. Hours of operation are 10AM-10PM and towels are provided.
Please follow these steps to use the pool, fitness room or terrace:
- Contact the front desk after 9 AM to reserve your time slot to access the pool area.
- Stop by the front desk 5 minutes before your time slot begins to pick up your wristbands.
- Wristbands must be worn and are limited to the number of guests per room (up to 3 in a King and up to 4 in a double)
- Hotel staff will be checking wristbands.
- Please depart the pool area at the end of your time slot.
- FACE COVERINGS are required in pool area while guests are not in the water.

Restaurant, Bar & Room Service
You won't have to leave the hotel to dine Chicago style. Our on site restaurant, Pizzeria Ora is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Room service is available from 7 AM - 11 PM
Specializing in Chicago style thin and deep dish pizza, but that's just the beginning of what Pizzeria Ora has to offer including a full service bar.
